Wow! Tonight was the last night artists could install their spaces at Artomatic and was it a madhouse! People kept blowing fuses (figuratively and literally!). Luckily my space was nearly there and my friend Amanda's wasn't far behind, we just had to fine tune the lighting and hang Amanda's work (which is actually harder than it sounds). We left at 9:30 (the building was closing at 10:00) and there were still people bringing work in to the building! I'm glad I wasn't one of the volunteers in charge of getting people to leave on time tonight.
